The Yummiest And Easiest Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie!

Hello Friends!

I wanted to share a treat with you today.
If you lived next door I would just bring some over.

But a recipe and pictures will have to do.
In our house we call these
'Daddy's Favorite'

They are seriously the EASIEST cookie
and they ALWAYS turn out.

 Here's what you need:
1 package devils food cake mix (told ya it was easy!)
1 stick of butter, MELTED
(the other part I love about this recipe- I always forget to take my butter out to soften!)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 package peanut butter chips
(sometimes when I'm feeling KA-RAZY I'll throw in a handful of semi-sweet chips too)

Mix it all up and plop onto a cookie sheet.

I never pay attention when a recipe tells me how many teaspoons to put on the cookie sheet.
But you're gonna want to do a rather large scoop- about 2 tablespoons.

If you don't, they come out kinda looking like turds.

I know, not very lady-like or appetizing,
but I want your cookies to look pretty!

Bake in a 350 oven for 10-12 minutes.
 Yummy every time!

You need to try this recipe.
I promise,
it's deeeeeeelicious!

Hope the rest of your day is filled with sweet moments!

  7. I think I may just make these as a treat for my scrapbook weekend. I wanted to make cookies for everyone but didn't want to spend time in the kitchen the night before that I did not have. Thanks, my dear friend!
